I totally agree with these to verses, as no matter how God orientated you are just 1 bad mouthed person in the crowd can and oftn will undermind all the best intentions you have. No matter if you seek the Lord’s advice on this one. I’ve found that it’s often better to just walk away from people like this as they want to think and speak ill favored towards everything unless it is their own thoughts coming back at them. I am somewhat new in a very good church that both myself and my fiance’ have been led to.So we tend to run into this one alot.
Yes, there are definitely situations where we are unable to win anyone over or do any good, sometimes both within non-Christian *and* Christian circles–if there is no opportunity for a dialog, the conversations are a complete waste of time!
