Matthew 18:15 – Whenever possible, we should seek to win people over, not just win arguments

Matthew 18:15
If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over

    Oh boy. Show him his fault.  This is to be done humbly and in love of course. But often it’s not taken that way.  So many times the other person takes offense to this.  Even though you are trying to iron out something, they get defensive and often become angry.  This is much easier said then done.

      Hi Sharon!

      It is a growth process to be able to reach out to people regarding things that hurt or upset us with calm, loving attitudes–that is usually the best way to avoid negative “explosions”, but sometimes they happen anyways
